They're all complicit in the corruption. Its crazy how they can see what Max and Siobhan were doing, be given so much evidence, and just refuse to do anything.

I dont get ssabb or however you spell it, Slacks, Axel and Baas are all the same characters and just get put back in his old characters spot. Can anyone explain why he permas then goes right back to what he was doing with just a different name? doesn't even change his voice or appearance that much haha

don’t think it’s that serious, Saab is a good admin just made questionable decision on cop, and also is trying to enact his own justice when the files are right there, very messy overall on Slacks (the character for all you weirdos).
They need the two mayors and then a senator or something to control the state parks, military base and prison,

Beric also had his home broken into during the most intense point of the whole corruption/Max takeover arc
