Indeed, there are many fascinating IEMs below $50 that sound amazing. In our opinion, CCA LYRA sound even better than Chu while costing the same amount.
be careful about kz product build qualirty very good but in most of them they boost treble too much that cause haring issue if I was moondrop is better@@Shanedmc2
I don’t want to criticize your video too much because I think you’ve done an excellent job, i even subscribed… to me it just looks (and sounds) like the chu is not inserted deep enough. Especially with spring tips which don’t have the tightest seal? if you can try pushing them as far as you can into the ear and it might change the sound, making it fuller. I have the Chu and from experience they’re still a little thin but it should help bringing out the low end warmth
Nah it lacks bass anyhow while boosting the uper region. I even tried sealing the anti driver flex port for some low end, but due to the uper frequency boost, it still remain harsh. It's so fatiguing for listening to even more than an hour.
@@kailashsarmah6489 I suppose you’re not entirely wrong. for me they’re very tip dependent. Spring tips don’t synergize well with them. try using standard wide bore tips it adds more bass. now they sound like a bright leaning hd650 with waaay less midbass
wow what I hear Moondrop Chu better is near same with the original sound, with more high clarity and punchy bass. I wonder how its perform when playing music with female voice. Anw nice review test!
Unfortunately, we can't make comparisons that would represent accurate sound through all kinds of headphones. We take a raw recording and use as neutral headphones as possible to correct the recording (raw recordings are otherwise a muffled mess). Meaning that you need neutral headphones to listen to our videos. Otherwise, if you're listening to a recording of a bright headphone with headphones that are also bright, you'll get twice the treble boost.
To think, moondrop chu cost $20 but sound better than any $200+ wireless headphones.

@@HeadphonesAddictChannel moon droop or Kz zs10 pro which sounds better?

I use 'mi basic earphones' tips, those are happened to be the best silicon tips ever made.
such a good video, great job!
Definitely a magnitude better than my Space Travels!
I will keep my space travel when going outside though.
