    This information is misleading. You are comparing one aspect of the of each of the other foods mentioned, go on to make milk some super food dispite new information showing us the dangers of milk consumption, and completetly ignore any of the other benefits of eatting something like brussel sprouts.

      Milk is good tho, I’m practically a sucker when it comes to it. Heck, I drink 8 glass of the stuff a day cuz it’s just soooo goood.
