Hey Godlyke huge fan. I'm running a maxon od808 and a twa flyboys echo huge tone, huge sound. about to get the power all. You guys have a customer for life.
This idea is very beautiful - The idea of mutual discussion - to see the product clearly - and very nice to listen to the voice of calm and beautiful - Thank you - Greetings
The AD10 is my absolute favourite delay pedal :-) Many analogue delays don't do that great in the setup I have (OD808 in front of it and a crunchy amp behind it) but the AD10 handles that perfectly. Whether the OD is on of off, or even if I'm just rolling the volume off to get a clean tone, it's just a beautiful delay.
They are not through the loop. since we didn't use the amps distortion we did not need to run them through the loop for this demonstration. However, they can all be run through the loop except the AD999 which can not run through a loop.
I really dig the AD10 but the next version should have a 'trails on/off' feature. That's the only thing the Line 6 pedal has on the AD10. Cheers Maxon!
We should have been more clear on this in the video.. It will depend on your loop. Most loops are Line Level. this pedal is not made to run at line level. However, many loops run parallel or will run at guitar level. so it will depend on your amp.
You comment verbally on each pedal but you only play through the AD9 pro the AD999 pro. I cant see or hear you play through those other two pedals in the middle or are we watchin the same video or do I have an edited, shorter version? Dont mean to be rude or anything.
chdrive66 HHHMMMMM. I have to be honest.. i'm not sure why.. I'm wondering if i just messed up in editing and forgot those clips?? wow! never realized this till now.. i'm going to look for the footage now. we just finished shooting a full video for the AD999 and the AD999 pro. they will be up shortly. there are videos for the AD-9 pro and AD10 on our YT channel. unfortunately YT will not allow me to post links.
Ok. It would have been so interesting to see those all in line in comparison one after another. The guitar and the amp etc. would have been the same so the tonal variation and distinctive features of the pedals could have come out. Just the kind of shootout I'd like to see. I guess the AD 999 might be my fave.
Sorry man - this is just a general overview and we didn't want to make it too long & confusing. There are a bunch of video demos of the AD10 posted here - www.maxonfx.com/compact-series-effects-pedals/ad10-analog-delay
Does Maxon have noise gate pedals? Because if they do I'm sticking with Maxon with every pedal but if they don't I'll go with MXR's noise gate it's an amazing pedal.

Can you tell me why the Ad999 can not be used in a loop? Thanks

We may be able to mod it for Delay Trails - contact us at service@godlyke.com for more info...
Are these all through the effects loop? Thanks.
No, i'm sorry at this time Maxon does not have a noise gate. Most guys are using the Boss NS-2....

Why did I bother.. no demo of two of the pedals?? They messed up.
beautiful
i'm not sure what you're referring to?? The AD999 and AD10 are both in this video...
We play through all of the delays in this video
We dont hear any voice of AD999 and AD10. So you miss 2 out of 4. What is this kind of excluding?
I'm sorry but what does your statement mean??? Excluding?? We go through every pedal in this video.

I just wanted to hear the ad10. Didn't even get to hear the new pedal. Longer delays would have been nice too.
Oh well

It's pointless. They don't say if they preserve pick attack or can handle synths.
How come you only do vids of Maxon pedals? Does MAxon own this channel? Why is it called Godlyke?
Volume low
The smart gate is anyway.
Excuse me. But these delays sound awful.
I don't think maxon builds bad pedals, it must be problems with the original sound.
These are the best delays made IMHO. It's the video.
