In an ideal world. Especially because it feeds into the narrative that accusations are more likely to be false and real victims have a harder time being believed. Let me tell you as a former CPI, that poor child has been subjected to his mother's drunkenness and drama on far too many occasions. Did you catch when the female officer who was bandaging his head asked him if he wanted to sit in his moms lap, he said NO? Then her father said he was trying to get her and his grandson back to TX because she up and left to go follow a boyfriend who then left her and her kid alone in whatever state that was? That child should NOT be under her care, and it INFURIATED me that those officers did NOT immediately call The Department of Children and Families to have a CPI sent out to start an investigation since that child was only 5-yrs old whereby he represents what we refer to as a "Vulnerable Child," who is living in a dirty, disgusting, garbage filled single-bed hotel or motel room, his mother is extremely intoxicated and he has an actively bleeding laceration on his head, for which his mother offered ZERO AIDE, and was 100% impeding the officers and EMS from offering him immediate and necessary aide. Those officers did not know OR even ASK if that child lost consciousness when he hit his head OR was HIT IN THE HEAD hard enough to cause an actively bleeding laceration. He could have had a mild concussion. That woman should have NEVER been allowed back into that room with that vulnerable child suffering from an acute head wound. She should have been immediately detained in the hallway whilst EMS took that child to the ER and had the CPI waiting there for them to arrive to begin their investigation of abuse and neglect of a vulnerable child. She should have then been arrested MINUS ALL THAT RIDICULOUS ARGUING AND TIME WASTING BULLSHIT. She should have been breathalyzed the moment they got to the precinct and or taken to the ER for a mandatory blood draw. It doesn't matter that she was not operating a vehicle. She was incoherently intoxicated with a hurt vulnerable and completely traumatized child under her direct care. Those officers' FUQ-UPS ON EVERY IMAGINABLE LEVEL is how innocent little children like that small boy end up dead. That entire situation was absolutely infuriating to witness!
I watched another one where a grandmother threw her burger at the worker in the drive thru. They arrested her and the grandfather. They had good reason. They went in and got the kids chicken nuggets and calmed them down. I ❤️ that!

I’ve been pulled over for driving an unregistered vehicle while in a car I knew was registered. I just calmly told the officer that I have the paperwork & receipts to prove I did my part, which he took back to his vehicle. When he returned he let me know that there had been some sort of system error which flagged my vehicle as being unregistered. He returned my paperwork, apologised for the inconvenience & told me to have a good day. Her story could have been just as boring if she had just remained calm & not acted like a fucking idiot.
That's what I was thinking. They were being so polite, even trying to show her the list and she chose to scream and act a fool. It said the guy took off with the child and was the one involved in the shots fired incident they were looking for. Makes sense now to me bc I noticed how he stayed back. His a&& was afraid bc he knew he was the guilty one. Makes me wonder if she acted like that to deflect any attention towards him. She probably did all that for him and scarred that child for life. In an ideal world. Especially because it feeds into the narrative that accusations are more likely to be false and real victims have a harder time being believed. Unfortunately, having the threat of prosecution for false claims can help deter those victims from reporting in the first place. It is truly repulsive.
Well…… it is for men big brain, but not the other way around towards females. Remember the whole bs Me2 movement? Men are instantly thrown in jail, and their record is PERMANENTLY scarred. Even if it’s later on after she finally confesses that her accusation was false, that mark still follows him around preventing him from getting a decent job. Let me tell you as a former CPI, that poor child has been subjected to his mother's drunkenness and drama on far too many occasions. Did you catch when the female officer who was bandaging his head asked him if he wanted to sit in his moms lap, he said NO? Then her father said he was trying to get her and his grandson back to TX because she up and left to go follow a boyfriend who then left her and her kid alone in whatever state that was? That child should NOT be under her care, and it INFURIATED me that those officers did NOT immediately call The Department of Children and Families to have a CPI sent out to start an investigation since that child was only 5-yrs old whereby he represents what we refer to as a "Vulnerable Child," who is living in a dirty, disgusting, garbage filled single-bed hotel or motel room, his mother is extremely intoxicated and he has an actively bleeding laceration on his head, for which his mother offered ZERO AIDE, and was 100% impeding the officers and EMS from offering him immediate and necessary aide. Those officers did not know OR even ASK if that child lost consciousness when he hit his head OR was HIT IN THE HEAD hard enough to cause an actively bleeding laceration. He could have had a mild concussion. That woman should have NEVER been allowed back into that room with that vulnerable child suffering from an acute head wound. She should have been immediately detained in the hallway whilst EMS took that child to the ER and had the CPI waiting there for them to arrive to begin their investigation of abuse and neglect of a vulnerable child. She should have then been arrested MINUS ALL THAT RIDICULOUS ARGUING AND TIME WASTING BULLSHIT. She should have been breathalyzed the moment they got to the precinct and or taken to the ER for a mandatory blood draw. It doesn't matter that she was not operating a vehicle. She was incoherently intoxicated with a hurt vulnerable and completely traumatized child under her direct care. Those officers' FUQ-UPS ON EVERY IMAGINABLE LEVEL is how innocent little children like that small boy end up dead. That entire situation was absolutely infuriating to witness!

I’ve been pulled over for driving an unregistered vehicle while in a car I knew was registered. I just calmly told the officer that I have the paperwork & receipts to prove I did my part, which he took back to his vehicle. When he returned he let me know that there had been some sort of system error which flagged my vehicle as being unregistered. He returned my paperwork, apologised for the inconvenience & told me to have a good day. Her story could have been just as boring if she had just remained calm & not acted like a fucking idiot.

It said the guy took off with the child and was the one involved in the shots fired incident they were looking for. Makes sense now to me bc I noticed how he stayed back. The media and even our own government has everyone believing that police are evil and target people, especially people of color. &That is a real problem, it has happened and most likely still does, there will always be garbage cops, but not ALL police are like that, in fact the majority of police are NOT like that. But, I think a lot of people are programmed to believe that police are out to get them, so chances are this crowd saw a woman yelling for help w/ a child in the car, they automatically assumed that she was a victim of the police. That's why it's so important to have the facts before making assumptions.
