All the guy had to think of is a dice. The number of contestants that flunk the first question I can only think it must be nerves, because most of them go on to do well.
I swear this show just proves how what we learn in school does not translate into everyday life. They need to teach finances, budgeting, stocks etc. yes some history and basic biology is important but this show literally proves most of what you learn in school does not help in day to day life
I’m going to give the one guy the benefit of the doubt and say he was nervous with where the apostrophes went because that was incredibly easy unless you have a severe learning disability.
He obviously does not think in 3D. All he had to do was to visualize a die and he would see a cube has three faces. (And sadly for PK, those 6 faces were all frowming.)
14:04 Regarding the 1st Grade Geography question - “California’s northern border is with what other state?” Here is a bit of trivia: On Monday, December 8, 1941, residents of way-northern California and part of southern Oregon were going to vote on forming a new state called ‘Jefferson’. We know why that vote never took place. 1:12:45 More trivia about the U.S.’s national musical pieces - What is the name of the U.S.’s national March? “Stars & Stripes Forever” by John Philip Sousa. Here’s more trivia - In the Trio section, the first melody heard, Sousa identified with the North. The Piccolo solo is identified with the South and the Trombone solo is identified with the West.
i wish all north americans watch this show again becuase late 2000s is totally are masterpiece.
This is what philosophy will do to your mind

4:30 What???
Okay, but the way he says stuff is epic.
Seriously. Some people do not how many faces a cube has. That's not about education. It's about stupidity. I feel so embarrassed for him.
