I could see using the big 12oz lure for ling cod here in California.
For boats use the heavier ones. I know Lings will hit those!

I barely cought any on mine cought 1 fish and didn't use it next time I wanted to use it was all in a melted blob
If you keep it in a HOT humid place i can see that happening. I'm in Hawaii, i rinse off & store until dry after each use.

It was sent from the Dominican Republic on April 1, received it on April 2. Because of what's going on i haven't been out.
