I fly the Tiny Hawks all the time ( when I get to fly that is ) one of the best little kwads out there and flies great outside and pretty good range ( analog ) as well .
Most VTX will overheat at 400mw or higher eventually if you aren’t flying. But it should be fine as long as you are moving. You can also turn on low power disarm in Betaflight on most quads. But not the Aquila unfortunately
Your video looks great. My nano scout has terrible jello problems. Rolling shutter. It's aweful.

at 400mw doesn't the VTX overheat? my Aquila 16 VTX overheats at anything over 100mw.
