Why did you start retracting the flaps after reaching 1000 ft above the ground? I usually hide at 3000 ft.
Depending of the NADP procedure. In case of NADP 2 you do it early. Since in North America they don't have this kind of noise procedures we do it early to save fuel and time.

Wow! Your accelerate to stop distance wasn't very much by the looks of it.
What does that mean? They certainly used up most of the runway so I presume they were heavy.
Certainly, it looks good on performance calculations, but in reality feels kind of..short
