looks like you had a great trip. must be you saw all four seasons. the fall colors were sure lovely. your going to have to learn to duck when pike start to weave. really a nice looking boat and im looking forward to the review. take care bill
Nice complement to part 1 guys. Glad to see that you were prepared for the weather. My arms were aching watching you paddling upstream, gee I think that's the same half canoe that was at the falls on my first trip in 68. But back then we had aluminium canoes and canvas tents, Lol.
Nice vid guys. That current is deceptively strong before and after the falls. I canoe camped there in early November and dang what a workout going upstream. The return trip back to Axton Landing took less that half the time.
Great trip. Had a little bit of everything in it. Logan has an excuse to get back out to Long Lake first thing next season. Redemption will happen. Excited to see your comparison video. Right now my first choice for a canoe is the swift prospector 14. I've got to decide if the boat for my before they raise their prices December 1st.
Logan will definitely get on the pike on Long Lake next season. Unfortunately the review video probably won’t happen till the spring now because our season got cut a trip short this year. For our last video this season we camp with someone with a Prospector 14. After seeing that boat it would be hard for me to choose that over the Cruiser or even my Pack 13.6. You should definitely try to paddle all 3 though if you can. Thanks for watching and the comment.
It was probably 5-6 hours total from the campsite on the river to the one on the lake all against the current. The current and blazing sun is what made it tough. Thanks for watching.
That first fish you threw out reminded me of that wall mounted singing fish that they used to sell to mount on your wall😂
Lol

Thanks Bill. Maybe one day I figure it out but my hands took some damage this year for sure. It was worth it though.
Awesome scenery ❤
The scenery that entire trip was extremely beautiful. Thanks for watching.
What an epic paddle! So beautiful!
It’s was a rough one for sure. Especially with all the gear we had. Thanks again for watching.

Thanks Michael. I think our arms are still aching too lol.
Love what you guys do! Hopefully we see you out there this year!!
Thank you. That would be great!

Thanks, yeah we’re looking forward to doing that trip in reverse next season and being able to fish the river and leisurely float down it.

@@ADKAddicts what gives you that opinion? Which one is a better fishing vessel or better tripper?
Logan the Bass slayer! lol
Pike too usually just not at Long Lake for some reason.
@@ADKAddicts it's like he's snake bitten
2-3 hours paddling. I have a tough time driving 2-3 hours😅my car seats are about as comfortable as your canoe seats 😮
