- Looking to invest in real estate in Oahu, Hawaii? In this video, I will show you 10 properties in the $300K price range! Pay close attention to the listing price and maintenance fees because they can make or break the deal! But buying a property in Hawaii doesn't have to be scary. Use a realtor (aka ME) to help you guide you through the whole process. And using a realtor does not necessarily cost anything out of pocket because usually, the sellers will pay the commission at closing.
After watching this video, I hope you can walk away with a better understanding and perspective of what you can get in today's real estate market.

Which condo did you like best?
The last one your client purchased was hands down the best apartment !
Thank you for the insight & thank you for posting - Aloha ❤️
I agree with the buyer. The last property is the best.
I absolutely loved living in Hawaii years ago. My wife and I had a house in Mililani. At the time when we bought it it was 1981 and we paid $285k for it. Sold it in 1987 for $435k. Housing cost there is terribly expensive. I dare to say my old house there now would be well over a million today. My walk-in closet is bigger than most of the apartments you showed in this video and their cost is over $300k. lol Just wow.
It's crazy! One of my buyers bought his house in Ewa Beach for $650k 3 years ago! We recently sold it for $820K 🚀
And homes will just keep increasing. Buy and hold for generational wealth
@@hazelgacula8672 -- WOW! I lived in Ewa Beach for about a year prior to purchasing our home in Mililani. Lived on Aikanaka Rd. I believe it was 91-585 street number. Unbelievable how much houses cost there. And most of them were decades old when I lived there. I really should take some time off and come back to the islands for about a month or two. Meet up with all my local friends there that I haven't seen in over 30 years. Still keep in touch with a lot of them. Might stay at Turtle Bay Hilton on the north shore if it's still there. Loved that place back then. They had a great restaurant there. If it is you should definitely go check it out.
Aloha Hazel!
Good to see you on da Tube!
Mahalo!
Thank you so much, your price range is a lot more realistic for many cutomers, specially singles, or newly married. I am glad you wete able to get your customer that beautiful place. I think it was the best buy for the price.😊
My pleasure! Reach out anytime! Happy to help
Hey keep doing this showing we be watching those who are interested investing in Hawaii
nice video!
I lived in Waikiki from 2009-2019. Mahalo for filming a video.
This is better than an episode of house hunters!
Thank you 🤗
The last one your client chose. Thx.
Nicee!! 👍👍
Id probably pick #1 because the small patio and lower fees lol
Nice 👏
Thank you 🙏
I wouldn't want my property to be burned by a lesser. Thanks.
Many consider a condo different than a home or house. You can get a much bigger condo on the mainland for half the price no problem and a real 3 bedroom 2 bath house for 250--300k. Oahu is way overpriced especially considering that many areas are pretty run down.
Lets go now and see if it is still standing. Oh a condo?
Wow Hawaii it’s expensive here in Houston you can get a nice house 4 bedroom 3 bath big partió for 250k
I agree! Cost of living in paradise 🏖️🌺
It’s Honolulu and that is the price you pay for convenience. Probably don’t have to drive that much around for job & or shopping, if you have the money then why not enjoy it. Truth is there are many places where you can find something within your comfort budget. Everyone can find their own paradise. It may be somewhere else on the island.
Yeah and you don’t get the vibe of Hawaii dude. $300 k worth every penny
😂😂😂😂Houston is a donkey hole
just 1 tip put the bedroom count

I was Floored see these tiny hole in the wall, being so expensive. its crazy, I'm looking to move to uahu but it has to be a house. I don't want to pay no ridiculous maintenance fee. Or live in a closet.
I agree with you
Imagine spending 300k on a house in hawaii.... No thanks. Philippines I built a mansion on a beach, with pool, tennis court 10 foot high fence, guest house for $160k
❤❤❤
Hazel...youre very sweet but can I give constructive criticism? Ok, I love your music score. First dont bring a friend and giggle. Youre not making a home video. Less shots of you. Most importantly, if youre representing the condo owners, dont go "ewwwww" or condem negative aspects about the property. I like Eric West over on Maui...does it best. Best, get it haha? You did a noce job on that 3.5 m penthouse video.😅❤❤❤
No one has a dishwasher?
Oh hell no!
HO-NO not HON no such word in Hawaii olelo as HON , shame wen islanders can’t even pronounce Hawaiian words correctly
It's a real shame when Islanders can't use proper grammar or spelling either.
@@lumleechristopher314 this Hawai’i pigeon is a first language and Hawaiian is its official language so either speak pigeon or olelo Hawai’i 🥰
@@puudavis2007 Wait. How come you missed the okina when you first said "Hawaii" and now you put it in?
@@lumleechristopher314 you know never had a word for hate in the Hawaiian language your new 21century God UofH has now created one JUST LIKE THE OKINA . Puka pepeau lau lau
Crap!
Pathetic the crap you selling for $300k+
a shitty box condo 😂…. with an HOA of 1000 per month..
