Many consider a condo different than a home or house. You can get a much bigger condo on the mainland for half the price no problem and a real 3 bedroom 2 bath house for 250--300k. Oahu is way overpriced especially considering that many areas are pretty run down.

Hawaii SUCKS! I lived there for 37 years before it became horribly expensive and the state tax jumped higher and higher! Food is superf expensive and housing is a nightmare! Don't even think about moving there. Not only that but the racism in Hawaii against White peope is pervasive at all levels of society!

It's a beautiful-looking apartment. I do have one suggestion, when doing tours try not to use the wide angle or fish eye lens you were using in this one, it tends to warp everything making it hard for some people to watch for long.

I absolutely loved living in Hawaii years ago. My wife and I had a house in Mililani. At the time when we bought it it was 1981 and we paid $285k for it. Sold it in 1987 for $435k. Housing cost there is terribly expensive. I dare to say my old house there now would be well over a million today. My walk-in closet is bigger than most of the apartments you showed in this video and their cost is over $300k. lol Just wow.
