Ryan Bancroft signs contract as Chief Conductor of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra

In December 2021, American conductor Ryan Bancroft was appointed Chief Conductor Designate of the Royal Stockholm Philharmonic Orchestra, with his tenure starting from the 2023/24 season. In this video, watch Ryan's first rehearsal with the orchestra following the announcement, where Executive & Artistic Director, Stefan Forsberg, and the players welcome Ryan in a wonderfully unique way.
