You're doing the lord's work, by keeping these alive online. As an Irishman, living in the States, it's nice to have these readily available, in decent quality. Kudos.
I’m Aussie and these are my fallback channels for fun and laughs. I have watched most of them many times haha so funny love the Brit’s and their comedy. I have been rewatching IT crowd again too cos they are on you tube and I can watch it a million times and it is still funny and gives me happiness
12:17 Kate Millett was still alive at the time of this episode (and David's rant). She reportedly asked for a video of that episode of _After Dark_ to entertain her friends back in New York. She died in 2017 aged 82.

@AtmanMehta-mf2ts idk I've never found him funny, i thought he was super cringey as a kid. He might be to some people, but Alan definitely can make almost anyone crack up just with one of his reactions. He just elevates each joke in a way that sets it up to keep going.
Oh yes, the big fat quizz when we were introduced to the one joke from Birmingham and then saw it being destroyed by the unbeatable team of Ayoade and Mitchell
Thanks for the HD uploads these are great, but I don't think this is the 10th anniversary of TBFQ in 2015, I think this is Channel 4's 25th anniversary they did in 2007

He's allowed to be a complete bastard because he's a professional complete bastard.🤭Also, she deserves it. Before she embraced the whole bimbo Barbie extreme plastic surgery thing she was ageing very nicely. And then... 🤪
Looks? You do know she's... er, changed a lot on the outside, don't you? Cosmetic surgery only straightens out your external kinks; it can't reshape the need that chose to embrace body-sculpting in the first place. The scars may heal on the surface, but they run deep into the psyche. I've no idea if Rachel will go down the same route as Carol as the years pass - it's none of my business - but I hope not. Brits are traditionally more concerned about the contents than the packaging (which is why I look such a mess🤭). And let's not forget Jimmy's own extraordinary physical transformation. The years of mockery and 'big face' heckles really did hurt him. Even so, I'm sure surgery's not the answer. Note: I say that as someone who's been told since leaving school with the nickname 'Eleanor WatermEleanor' that I should 'get myself fixed'. I'm not a big woman - 5' 6" and 9½ stone - but I'm ludicrously top-heavy (a NN-cup; my chest weighs 24 lbs). I refuse to have surgery, though. I know it's not the answer; one procedure leads to another, and another, and another... Before you know it you're even more unhappy than when you started, and the package's 'contents' are irreparably broken. Surgery's not the answer although, as Carol's found, it gets you a lot of attention and positive feedback. I'm not sure the compliments can ever go deep enough to heal those scars on the psyche, though.
British television can be among the best and the worst. That show with the hypnotist - Is anyone ignorant enough to believe he really hypnotized people into committing a heist? Obviously not. And given this, why would anyone watch the show? It's an indulgence in stupidity.
I'm assuming this occurred long before the metoo movement. Can't believe it's Richard and David arguing that if she's down to her pants, further consent is unnecessary.

It’s a Nice break from true crime haha
I use a VPN to watch British shows as an American .
Same here in France. I'm French and I enjoy so much these shows. Lucky you English speaking people.
I'm about 16 years too late here, but David and Richard could've had the same effect being the end team and calling themselves team 2
Was just thinking that! 😂
They got the right name in the end, though.
12:17 Kate Millett was still alive at the time of this episode (and David's rant). She reportedly asked for a video of that episode of _After Dark_ to entertain her friends back in New York. She died in 2017 aged 82.
"Don't let these glasses fool you - I am _very_ stupid."
And so starts a long relationship between Richard Ayoade and the Big Fat Quiz brand.
During this show Richard realized something very important: you don’t win by having the most points at the end. You win by being the funniest.
Release EVERYTHING!!! We'll watch them all
Twice!
I will take leave from work!
"... and from everything else, it's David Mitchell"
He is in everything, isn't he?
Unfortunately he's not!😂

Richard Ayoade, David Mitchell, Jack Dee, and Alan Carr….what a treat!!
Alan Carr will forever be the king of comedy through facial expressions.
Laughs as Sir Rowan Atkinson

I just found out about this series & it's golden.....to bad it never reached the U.S /Algorithm like it should.....extremely funny...
Oh yes, the big fat quizz when we were introduced to the one joke from Birmingham and then saw it being destroyed by the unbeatable team of Ayoade and Mitchell
"There used to be a joke in Birmingham? You've done very well out of it, Frank!"
No matter how many times I see it, the phrase "Repeatedly fucked in the skull by well-meaning strangers" will always make me howl with laughter.
David Mitchell's Angry Logic™
@@antster1983joined on this occasion by Ayoade’s smirking logic.
“ The sweaty grip of a moron “ after a hug on peep show killed me . I’m going to think of that everytime I hug someone now

Yeah you are right!
Ty, came here to find out the year.
do you know where you can watch the 10th anniversary episode by any chance?
28:51 David looks so pleased with himself it’s so funny
The irony of the Crystal Maze jokes, and Richard would later go on to present the show when it was relaunched.
1:35:41 - I just got to that part!
Good job he didn't say anything witheringly dismissive about it.
Given his love of White Chicks surely he must love the Crystal Maze?
Richard is the only one whose face hasn't changed
I feel like most look better now!

I find it very funny that Richard/David picked Fred Jones, the Scooby-Doo character.
Thought the Autopsy Friends connection might have been Rembrandt, because Gunther references a Rembrandt painting and the Rembrandts records the Friends theme.
1:37:00 Richard getting the Crystal Maze question hilariously wrong was weird foreshadowing. Since he has since literally presented it. 🤣
noice something that skipped my radar. Thanks for the upload
Brilliant show.
Jimmy pointing out Carol's agelessness is very ironic
He's allowed to be a complete bastard because he's a professional complete bastard.🤭Also, she deserves it. Before she embraced the whole bimbo Barbie extreme plastic surgery thing she was ageing very nicely. And then... 🤪
He's allowed to be mean - it's his day job.🤭 She used to be quite normal before the extreme plastic surgery thing took over.
Jimmy's joke about the Cosby show far from the worst thing one could say about it.
Always great entertainment.
Carol is a queen ❤️
Thanks.
Not long for the next episode now...
25 years from 17 years ago.
My team name for Jack Dee and Alan Carr would have been "Jack-Al".
Too obvious?
Or Al Di
I never realised the plastering was loadsamoney's profession. I thought I was just some DIY
Couldn't put the ads in ad breaks, just random parts?
DD: this is not the TBFQ 10th year anniversary episode. this is the Ch4 Anniversary quiz from 2007.
Peak Vorders.
Anna Friel was my crush back in the day...stunning.
I always skip ahead when Jimmy introduces the children of Mitchell Brook Primary School. I am a heartless bastard.
hahaha…same!
Quite right, too. The mighty Sean Lock had the right approach to those dodgy little f***ers.😁
Im with u
I have been searching for over a year for the big fat quiz 2022...HELP!!!
I found it by googling.
Sorry, I'm french. When was this show aired please ?
But they do it every year, just Google it.
I appreciate your apology. Being french is indeed a major faux-pas.
MinniPops.........?
omg all that was wrong in British Television in One CLIP !!!!!!!!!!
David and Frank look so young and Richard... looks exactly the same, and Jimmy looks really low res for some reason
So when did Jimmy Carr develop the Hyena laugh?
I guess your show gives those children a decent budget?
Well done.
Hope they get reused in full length productions. Or passed on to other schools.
What year was this???
Carol looks lovely here. Always preferred her to Rachel tbh.

Did he mean to say “heinous” or is it some word I don’t know?
Probably heinous with an accidental I added
He definitely said 'heeneeyuss' when it was meant to be heinous 😭
It's because he's a groovy fucker
Richard ❤david❤

Yes he did.

My favourite quote from Sarah Jessica Parker is from the movie Ed Wood.
She said, "Do I have a face like a horse?"
Yes, Sarah. You do.
25 yrs is far too soon.
She is such a pain. Guess who I think of
In British TV terms, this is a fucking A list lineup.
British television can be among the best and the worst. That show with the hypnotist - Is anyone ignorant enough to believe he really hypnotized people into committing a heist? Obviously not. And given this, why would anyone watch the show? It's an indulgence in stupidity.
I’d research a little bit about Derren Brown before you make too harsh a judgement: the man is an absolute genius.
Desmond's was absolute shit and nobody cares where the shop was.
Young Jason Miller Sarah Hall Joseph
I'm assuming this occurred long before the metoo movement. Can't believe it's Richard and David arguing that if she's down to her pants, further consent is unnecessary.
Not what I heard.
that children's performance has to many POC in it....disgraceful
Six men, one woman- typical British panel show.
You poor little thing.😂😂😂
Well, it's Jimmy's favourite search term
guess they couldn't find a female comedian....
Is Carol always drunk?
Vordeman had me switch off.
Has Frank Skinner ever actually been funny? (same question applies to Anal carr)
I think he’s quite clever and funny but that’s comedy; it’s subjective - Alan Carr too.
The answer to skinner is yes. But maybe not hysterically, more in a laid back, observative way. I like him and his vibe.
Always funnier than you are
@@dersvanWow, you couldn't be further from the mark if you tried, thanks for trying though
Alan Carr is hilarious and loads of fun! Your obvious homophobia is the opposite of fun😂😂
"10th Anniversary" "last 25 years" ??
