- Demonstration that the beta distribution is the conjugate prior for a binomial likelihood function.
These short videos work through mathematical details used in the Multivariate Statistical Modelling module at UWE.
You‘re videos are a blessing. So clear and reduced to the relevant information. Thank you very much!
Amazing! Thank-you so much!
Very useful video. Thanks a lot.
nice step by step explanation...good job...
Very well explained thank you :)
glad that it is helpful
Thanks so much
wtf i learned much more in these 10min compare to the hrs I spent in class.
typical comment
For pythonistas, see python implementation of various conjugate priors : github.com/urigoren/conjugate_prior
good
Can u please share a link where u explained posterior of binomial with prior poison
I need it Really madam😞
I am afraid that that is outside the parameters of the course specification, so I haven't recorded anything on that. I no longer teach on that part of the course, so will not be creating further materials on introductory Bayesian statistics.
deetoher mam may i join u on facebook please as i m also a statistics student from india and the place i live is too unknown with statistics so i have noone to discuss.. will u please 😢
I don't understand why is this the prior
just gave me an answer to my hw haha
