Yea it does look a lot like furi, the only other one i can think of like this is yuyu kengeki musuo, as well as scarlet curiosity. Though i dont like either of those games very much, they are popular in the fandom and the music is good.
The low health beeping sounds like the mission log sound effect from Star Wars: Empire At War... weird thing to bring up here, I know, but I played that game a ton as a kid so I just can't unhear it.

TSWOHPR is the better Junko theme in my opinion. Thigh I think this game's theme is based off of both of her themes, as they have similar parts.

The gameplay reminds me of Furi. First game of this style that I played.
