What would i do if i wanted to make the rod rack double sided? I am looking to put slots 6 inches apart but i need to hold 30 rods. Would i be better off to make two racks that each hold 15 rods?
You can make it double sided. The feet pieces will be the same just go a little wider on the side and top piece and just like you cut holes and sawed down the center of those holes on the front side do the same on the back side. Good luck
Thanks for the informative video. I think it turned out great. Btw what are your thoughts on the Penn Squall 60LD? I was thinking about getting that reel but wanted to hear your thoughts on it. Thanks
Thank you. The Squall 60LD is Penns version of the Shimano TLD 25 and it's much better. It holds a little more line and has about 10 lbs more drag. There isn't a better option in that price range
@@ScottBonnerOutdoors ok thanks. Had to draw it out was a bit confused at first. But thanks a lot for sharing the vid, it was exactly what I was looking for!

Cool video, I liked the vision you had with this fishing rod rack. This video just gave me some good ideas for a future project.
Awesome I'm glad you liked it. Good luck!
How sturdy is this? It looks like it's racking side to side just from the force of your stain brushing.
I don’t have any issues with it being sturdy. It holds the reels perfectly
Great fishing rack. The link you provided for the carved fish doesn't work.
Thank you for letting me know I will look into it

I can't seem to find the fish from the link you provided. Do you have a direct seller name?
How do I get the 45 degree angle on the 2x4s?
Hopefully your miter saw has that option to cut at angles otherwise maybe check with a friend to see if they have one
If you don't have a miter saw just use your speed square and your circ saw
So when it’s (2) 2x4s 20 ft is that 40 ft in total? Also does it matter what size they are when you buy them?
The 2x4 pieces are 20 inches each not feet. I hope that helps

I can't find your cut list - there was nothing "below". Help
Found it, sorry
Did you end up building one?
Hi, can you please write the measurements? Thank's
Hi they are in the video description. Good luck on the build!
Whats the size and length of the screws
You will need 8 1.5" wood screws and the L brackets you buy should come with screws. If they don't 1/2" screws should work
Thanks thats a awsome fishing rack
Mario Chavez thank you!
👍
Thanks
god sake can some one translate it from bald eagles into metric please
