this just occurred to me, but the Scavenger uses animations from the MW2 2009 Intervention and not the L96A1
i didnt play mw2 but does this explain why you could reload the scavenger while ADSing? i dont know a single other gun that could (until mw2019 made this a feature on all guns)
@@regularperson5647some sniper rifles, especially the bolt action ones, had the ability to reload while ADSing, but I don't exactly remember when this started
@@regularperson5647 It's a reskin of the scoped crossbow from the campaign. Its pick-up icon is that of the crossbow (which you can't see normally).

One thing people overlook about the winters howl is that if you melee a frozen zombie it deals aoe damage and freezes surrounding zombies (on the bo1 version) in bo4 it damages but doesn’t freeze, making it the only thing they nerfed in the bo4 version in comparison to the original.

Fun little detail about the shotgun ray gun on Alpha Omega is that you can use the pack a punched Trebuchet to shoot the chimney for the step to obtain it

Idk if anybody is interested, but I always wanted to share: the person behind thunder gun did a big goof, as the word that is translated as as "beware" is nearly ancient, and if it is an Easter egg about little pigs it doesn't fit there, that is without saying that nobody uses that word nowadays.

The DG-1 being more powerful than the DG-2 isn't necessarily that weird. The output of the DG-1 may have worn down the components too quickly, or perhaps the DG-2 is cheaper to manufacture. And there's probably some other reasons I'm not thinking of right now.

Haven't touched zombies or watched any content on it for over 8 years now I think. I don't know what you did but the algorithm liked it, good video dude; thanks for the throwback to my childhood lmao
First of all, there is a lot of things in this video I didn't know about and it's a breath of fresh air to hear about new info for these old games. But I do want to correct something when it comes to the Sliquifier. When the Sliquifier originally got nerfed it wasn't just a damage nerf. The ability for it to chain zombies was removed if you switched weapons (Before it didn't matter what gun you held) and they added the ability for zombies other than the first one shot to also drop slippery puddles. Whenever you shoot the Sliquifer out of the map in certain areas (It isn't just the sign although that's the easiest) you are placing those puddles outside the map where they no longer despawn making it so zombies no longer spawn extra puddles since there is a cap on how many you can have. Hence, why people say it "un-nerfs" it. However from what I can tell that is all it actually does. I've yet to see any proof that it actually changes the damage of the weapon. This could be easily tested at round 100 since that's when the nerfed Sliquifier stops one shotting. I currently don't have a way to play plutonium to test but I'd love to see someone actually test that. Oh, and I've always wondered what the Cyrillic on the side of the Thunder Gun said. It's great to finally get some closure on that. Great Video!
Edit: Just tested it in Plutonium. It still takes 2 shots to kill after round 100. I was slightly off when I said it stops killing on round 100, it actually stops after round 100 on round 101. Tested both with and without doing the sign trick and the damage was unchanged

The d.i.e shockwave can be obtained from the coffin dance easter egg and from the trails when the rewards from the trails is legendary
fun little tid bit bout JZ of the wonder waffe, in world it was a designed as an anti-juggernuat/nog variant of the DG-2, and side note the dg 2 at launch could wipe a map limits worth of zombies in one go given enough time.

I remember when a friend did the little resistance, ee. The Ray gun could 2 shot a freaking imperial tank.
So imagine how happy i was getting it on Nacht Der Untoten. And how terrifying it was, seeing zombies survive multiple Ray gun blasts at round 15 upwards. I was scared.
The Scavenger also uses the same reload and shooting animations from the intervention from MW2

To me, the purple raygun sounds suspiciously similar to the sliquifier... So my head canon is: the experimental ammo type used in the Purple Mark 2 was transferred to the Broken Arrow Facility in Province 22. And Victis used it to make the sliquifier
Fun fact about tag set totem there is a god mode glitch where you down yourself and hit the spring trap on the ship and if you hit the ground after hitting the trap and then die a second later when you spawn back in you should be invincible

I think the Magmus Operandi is supposed to a reference to the term Modus Operandi, aka, MO. Which is often used to refer to a murderer's method of killing. So, in this case, the player's modus operandi (MO) is using the MagmaGat.
That makes a lot more sense. I just went with the closest literally instead of logically.
I actually think the thundergun was really well balanced when it couldn't drop powerups, made it a choice, do I use the gun to clear a ton of enemies for basically free but not get powerups or use something that does less kills slower with powerups

I actually got the bow names correct the lightning bow was easy, keepers servant made sense cuz dogs were wolves and the decay portal obviously referenced the void bows keeper heads so that just life fire for banishment
