Ingredients-7 servings (7cm in diameter* 2cm in height)
-I wrote it down in the order of mixing.
1 eggs (large size)
1 yolk
1/3 cup of sugar-70 g
1/5 teaspoon salt-1 g
1.5 tablespoons of milk-25 g
2/3 tablespoon honey-15 g
All Purpose Flour 0.6 Cup-70g
1 tablespoon almond flour-8 g (can be replaced with wheat flour)
1/4 teaspoon-1 g of baking powder
Unsalted butter 3.4 tablespoons-50 g
Vanilla paste (extract)-slightly
160 degrees Celsius / 16 minutes baking (beginning of 170 degrees preheating 10 minutes before baking)
