The people in the crowd don't care because this band has released the same album 5 times. Every song has the same repeating choruses and same 4 chords on the guitars. A couple albums sure that's fine, but this band literally has done nothing interesting since 2011.

It's because all the appeal and reason to love this band has been rapidly declining since after they released Let The Ocean Take Me. Sure, Ahren nails his parts in this song but that's only because he wrote his melodies to be lower. Every other song they play, he compensates his highs and chooses a lazy octave or two octaves lower. Additionally, I think most of their fans are getting bored of them writing the same albums with 4x repeating choruses and same 4 guitar chords with some girl singing in the background. I absolutely love what this band was, but they're extremely dull nowadays.

He's only good on this song because he wrote his parts so he can hit them live. Every other song, he compensates and doesn't sing the same as the recorded version because he can't hit the higher melodies. In Hearts Wake does the same thing, and if it wasn't for the pitch correction he uses, he would sound terrible.

I've been to many live shows and Amity made the best performance I've ever seen. Joel is studio-like on live shows, Ahren sounds amazing as well, one of the greatest live bands

For anyone whining about how Ahren has pitch correction on his voice, realize the fact that being a good singing isn't JUST pitch. It's mostly about tonality and controlling the sound out of your voice while applying pitch. Respect the man for playing bass, backup screaming, AND clean vocals at the same time. Dude's a beast whether there's pitch correction or not.

Honestly it highlights what he already does well, I'd rather hear a slight amount used than none at all. Makes for a nice performance (or mixing / final mix, idk if the autotune was live or in these vids only). Dope either way.
