    不能空腹喝茶。尤其是喝像生普、绿茶这些生茶,因为这些茶对我们肠胃的刺激性比较大。当我们空腹喝茶的时候,这些刺激性的茶会直接刺激到我们的胃,长期如此,身体自然就会变差。所以,我们应该在饭后一个小时之后再喝茶,这样比较适合。
    不能喝过浓的茶。有一些老茶客喜欢放过多的茶叶,这样长期喝对身体自然也是不好的。那么什么样的茶才是过浓呢?对于新茶友来说,喝一口这样的茶已经觉得非常难以下咽了,这就可以判断这是一种过浓的茶。因此,我们平时喝茶时,应该按照建议的投茶量去泡茶,这样茶的浓淡程度才是比较适合的。
    饭后不能马上喝茶。因为茶水里面含有很多茶碱和咖啡因,这些物质会阻止和影响我们身体吸收营养成分,比如蛋白质和锌都会受到茶碱和咖啡因的影响。因此,在饭后一个小时再喝茶是比较适合的。

How can we tell if tea is too strong? For new tea drinkers, if one sip of the tea is very difficult to swallow, it's a sign that the tea is too strong. We should follow the recommended amount of tea leaves when brewing to ensure the tea is at an appropriate strength.
    Don't drink tea immediately after meals. Tea contains substances like theobromine and caffeine, which can interfere with the absorption of nutrients such as proteins and zinc.
