Live in a city of about 40,000 people surrounded by BLM and national forest. Kids riding dirt bikes all over town.
It seems that if they are wearing a helmet and not being stupid the police leave them alone. It's a common sense thing I think, chasing them is far more dangerous than just letting them have fun.
