So glad you incorporated your Google search. I don't like overkill with glitter, but I must admit that I love that rainbow. It depends on the glitter what technique works best I guess.
i have never really used glitter that much but you have shown in your video neat ways to use it. I guess I will try it on some of my scrapbook pages. Thank You
I had no idea about glitter being bad for the environment!! I mean it obviously makes sense but I never thought about it. 😞 that’s sad news, Glitter is so much fun. My favorite ways to use glitter is in shaker cards, and on Christmas cards for snow 😍 I want to try the nuvo drops in glitter, I don’t have any yet. Love this video, you always make me laugh. Take care
I love all your videos and enjoy all the emojis that you add, as well as the sound effects. I will continue to use my glitter, I love it too much and it's probably best to use it up then dispose of it. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you sweetie for this great video tutorial. I have a ton of glitter in iridescent white, gold, silver, red and green, so I bought 20 styrofoam cones to make into Christmas trees and I'm going to glue glitter to some of them and cover the rest of them with lots of bling, like flat backed crystals, seed beads, faux pearls and so on. I love how you used a coffee filter to catch all the excess glitter. Thanks again, love from Amanda Jones in Melbourne, Australia
I just found you and subbed this morning and I have to say your quality is amazing! All the different ways and ideas blew my mind! I admit I never really thought about the environment and glitter but wow, I know now!! This was so informative and well made! Definitely the best quality and versatile videos in the crafting community!
Dear Nicole, you took the words right out of my mouth! I ❤️ this video tutorial and all her ideas for using glitter. I've got a ton of it myself and I'm trying to find ways to use it for Christmas ornaments and cards etc. Love from Amanda in Australia
BRAVO AND THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO! I've been searching for this exact information on examples and options to get started with glitter crafting, etc. Great examples of basic techniques that have my creative juices flowing. Btw, you're very artistically gifted. Your handwriting and drawing... WOW. 🎉❤🌟
This is one of the best crafting videos I've seen. Production value and information are both excellent. It's a bit long for ME (adult ADD), but I stayed with it because each topic was succinct and on point just the way I like it. Thumbs up and subscribed.
I have a question I want to diy a clear phone case. I plan to dye it light purple first and then want to add glitter on top of it. I'm trying to achieve a light glitter look for reference Specks Presidio pink glitter case. What would be the best way to apply the glue in that case? I've seen many diy videos that apply glue with a paint brush and then heavily apply glitter. I want to be able to keep my case translucent with a light even glitter layer. What method do you think is the best for this? I'm thinking of using a glitter pen, maybe the spritzing option u mentioned, or maybe just using a shaker. I Would appreciate ur advice if possible. Thank u .
Do you know if cosmetic glitter is any better than regular craft glitter for the environment? Ive always used glitter on my nails but I will have to think of other alternatives if not because nails aren't really something you can 'keep forever' 😂
Great video! I just LOVE to use glitter especially the embossing type for when I am making my cards! I just love to emboss and then water color afterwards!! I really love your first card using the double sided tape and making a rainbow of colors on the card! Simply GORGEOUS!!!
i have ocd and figured it would help me from getting glitter everywhere. Welp, i was soo wrong. Do they make tools for placing one piece of glitter at a time.?
Oh no i love glitter man everything is always bad in this world 🥺 its always something pretty too or that taste good at that 😒but JD!!! Your video is so awesome love the comedy you threw in there about taking the easy way out lmao ❤️💖 i hope you continue to do a lot more videos.
I like to use Nuvo drops and gel pens for coloring in stamped images. I would love to try the technique with the sticky strip, but am not sure I'm brave enough. Thanks for an informative and hilarious video!
Hi JD or anyone else who might know, I bought some washi tape in glitter gold but the glitter is falling off faster than I can blink and wondering if you know of a way to keep it attached onto the tape. I guess it was a cheap gold washi tape but I don't want to have to throw it away. I was thinking spraying it with hairspray or something like that. I hate the spray glues it seems they always choke my nozzle up even when I do the right thing with it and I then have to throw away nearly a full can of the stuff. Grrrrh! Thanks in advance Cheers Tina
I love to say that your videos are inspirational and useful. I use glitter all the time but making my own glitter washi tape, glitter gems, glittered sentiments just to name a few. Thank you for your awesome videos. Keep up the great work!!!
Theres no way in heck i can pour glitter and using my hands without getting glitter everywhere. I open the cap and glitter is everywhere. I cant even close the cap because glitter is all on the sides. Ugh
The environment would be best without such talk. It applies a manipulative background that tries scaring people. After that, fear sets off environmental imbalance readily; causing the whole problem. Fear is behind any spread of contaminant. Generally, product is minimal in contaminating. Harm of any kind is done by someone negligently spreading some lie trying to make that very thing happen. Can you heat emboss regular glitter with a stamp or does it has to be a special type of glitter?

LaFayette Arises try brushing it with a thin layer of mod podge, that should stop the glitter from falling off. Be sure to let it dry fully :)

I don’t like glitter glue at all. It seems dull compared to it’s traditional use.
I hope that you know that bio degradable glitter exists but first you need to use up the old stuff you have
Glitter is made from a metal named mica, it is not made from plastic
