Vulcan Raw Run

Over the summer I got the chance to film one of Europe’s most insane runs!! Vulcan, in Romania might be my favorite hill of all time...
Turner Williams in part with TRANSYLVANIA DOWNHILL filmed this run, and I couldn’t be more stoked!
The day before I filmed this run, I flew off my board at probably 100km/h and got all torn up on the top super straight, so that’s why I had a bit of a mental block and didn’t tuck it, but still sent the bottom straight!

I might be wrong about this, but I believe that at a certain speed, you build up a pocket of air in your eyesockets. In that way, the airpocket itself blocks out the air you are running into. I have experienced this myself, but I do not know if it always works like this.
