This was super interesting and informative. I’ve never done a market before!
Thanks for watching Shannon! I don’t know how informative it was since I don’t really know what I’m talking about lol.
Wow the lavender owls! What a great idea! my mom used to keep a sachet of lavender in her sock drawer but the owl is much cuter 😂 and I LOVE goblins! Absolutely should be front and center in your display lol I’m in awe of all the inventory you have made already, I know you’re going to do fantastic and I’m excited to watch your journey 😄
Thank you so much Quinn! I’m in love with the goblins as well I can’t wait to release the pattern.
I love these ideas. I so need the goblin pattern.
He is definitely the next one I’m working on
Your lavender idea is fantastic! I don't like that scent, but so many people do I might put the idea in the back of my brain for gifting, though. I also like that you put pellets in your stress toys. How do you avoid anything falling out? Is it just that you crochet tightly enough? The cart stands out like a sore thumb. Everything else is wooden and it doesn't go with your aesthetic. I thought about maybe painting it, but it would still be metal. In my opinion, whatever you choose should be wooden. So much thought and planning has to go into doing a market. You've given me lost of food for thought. I can't wait to find out how it works out for you!
I just crochet tightly so nothing comes out. But you could definitely put them in a little bags and then buy them inside. Yeah the cart is not my favorite either. I am keeping my eye out for something wooden or wicker to replace it with
@@Tfwcrochet I bet those tiny organza bags would be perfect for this!
@@lisapettit7403 exactly what I was thinking
Ooh lavender!! That is brilliant!!! I hope you dint mind but I am totally stealing that idea! 😊
Of course I don’t mind! Let me know how they sell for you!
I like your rainbow frog....he deserves love lol 😋
Don’t worry my kids love him! I just need to figure out a frog design I like more. I think maybe the eye bumps are too big?
I would paint the shelf brown. Need to see the plushies.
I thought about that as well. Not sure how easy it will be to paint but we will see!
I love your worm. So cute. What kind of foam roller do you use? Do you add wire and foam? ❤❤
Thanks! I bought a pack of hair foam rollers at 5 below and that’s what I use to crochet around. You can see the packaging in the video where I’m reviewing fluffy yarn 🥰
@@Tfwcrochet thank you
The cart stands out but maybe if you change the tablecloth to white it may tie it in...
I thought about that as well. Maybe once the white table runner is there it will balance it. We will seee
What if you use a burlap type of ribbon to weave in the white cart? It could tie it together nicely
Great idea. I may try that!
Definitely charge different amounts for smaller items than larger ones even if they are the same shape or pattern.
Stress ball or fidget toy/plushie
I hate sewing and bobble stitches so it just depends on the pattern what i do
Haha have to take the good with the bad
What’s your favorite quick but cute plushie?

Hi there I loved the video- and all your makes. I had a thought about the frog....I think he is missing long legs, my memories of frogs when I was a we girl was the gangley legs as you held them I also think the cart is a great space provider it may just need a little something to disguise the metal baskets. Have your thought of weaving straw coloured chinky or super chunky yarn in and out through the wires, alternatively you could crochet a basket weave strip and attach it to make it look more rustic I also had a thought on the lavender...it has a very soporific effect and would be great to add just a little bag to a child snugly...would be calming and aid sleep. .Hope these suggestions are helpful. Good luck with the market
best wishes

Thank you so much for all your ideas!!!
As beautiful as that blanket is, it will be very distracting and will take the eye away from your beautiful plushies. If I were doing a market I would use a neutral or at the very least single color blanket or table cloth (you can get inexpensive ones at walmart or from the thrift store. A single color will allow the eye to travel to the items you are selling and your business banner will also be able to pop instead of blending in to a very colorful background.
I go back and forth on it. I am going to try it all again with a white blanket after my banner comes and we will see how it looks!
