Absolutely gorgeous home! The one thing I dislike though about a lot of these Bham homes is the lack of backyard space. All the indoor space and finished basement is nice and all but what about during the summer? I need a pool if I’m paying 1.6m for a home. Nevertheless, Bham is a great city and the home is flawless.
That's definitely a trade-off being in Birmingham. A lot of the buyers don't mind and just use the parks. 2mil + will get you a pool 😄

What a beautiful home. The custom features are absolutely stunning. I don't know if there is a market for this or if you would be interested, but would you consider touring homes in the 300-500K range? As someone who is starting to look for a SFH in metro Detroit it would be great to see an actual tour of what these spaces look like (I'm currently doing a lot of Zillow searches until I'm ready). Would be cool to see what you can get in different areas in that price range. Just a thought.
