Sparks 'Existential Panic' which is also great, has a similar theme..both really capture the paranoids sense of 'reality', (all things are dark, evil, someone's out to get them, demons behind every doorknob etc etc etc), and their internal conflict of wanting connection but they can't get past their ideations and delusions. And there's a f-ton of paranoids online.
