- I am so glad to see a new cycle again with the opportunity to try again. Also, I have been looking forward to seeing the evidence that the estrogen I was instructed to take after ovulation worked in building up a great lining.

I’m pregnant with my 5th baby …first girl though and omg I got so much hate for having another one. My husband and I planned this baby. She was wanted and so loved by us and her 4 brothers.

I got a bfp 2 days ago! 😮 Was completely shocked as I'm 45,we only bd twice in Feb because I was poorly! I only tested because the smell of steak made me nauseous! I'm very scared though but time will tell if this is a sticky bean! Xx

She was my favorite person in the world. Had her 1 st and only child ...my father, in her 40s and died at 100yrs and 6mths old. Full...long....and beautiful life. Also, thank you for that message at the end. Yesterday I saw one of the OB’s at the office I go to. I told her to check my thyroid. Since dealing with secondary infertility, I know I need to be on top of everything. She brought my file over and pointed to my age and said ‘is there anything else you need to discuss besides your thyroid?’.. I was taken back and just froze. I’m 43 and have had a couple of miscarriages since having my daughter and to hear that line just made me feel awful. I just wish these health care providers would do better when it comes to communication. Just like you Andrea, I am not giving up ❤

I had my last baby when I was 43 and is 10 months old now & my 5 year old little girl at 40.
We are so lucky that we have our 3 adult children too who we had in our 20’s too. I just love watching them play with our younger two it makes my heart melt 😍
I’ve never taken having children for granted either as my mum struggled to have me & was always worried I may have issues but I have been so so lucky. So excited for you, just listening to your kind voice I can hear/see you’re an amazing mother and I can’t wait for you to experience it all again 🥰

@@andreapoole4778 I felt that way every time. I used to think well maybe I won’t be able to & I know I’m so lucky to have who I have now but was always so hopeful I would have another.
It just makes us feel even more grateful when we do find out we’re pregnant after experiencing it not happening straight away. I had 3 miscarriages too so i am so grateful for my family.

It’s very hard sometimes especially when I see women that I watch on their second child when they were trying for the first as I tried for my second. I pray for you too! and I am praying for you miracle rainbow baby I had my 1st ultrasound today the baby was only measuring 6 weeks even when my period says it should be 4 days more but I guess just ovulated later I go back on the 19th for another ultrasound so I can see how the baby grew and heart rate pray for me please

Hey Andrea! I was hoping you could help me with something … I think I recall you mentioning a few videos ago about your clinic informing you what your progesterone blood level results should be if you are on PIO injections daily? My clinic just says “normal progesterone range” 🧐 I’m hoping your info can give me more specifics
Hey! Well, actually, my clinic never answered my questions about it! They gave me the runaround because I think that they’re not properly trained. The nurses should really know this stuff and they don’t. They only doing what they’re told to do. I think at least some of them anyway. I had to do some digging and it was only through luck that I came across another girls video just watching her IVF results and she happened to mention it in her video! so before her video, I read that in natural cycles with natural progesterone, it needs to be at least at a 10 for successful implantation. When you’re over 2 1/2 to 3, it proves that you ovulated. And as far as getting to 5, 6, and 7 dpo or whenever that particular embryo is trying to implant, the level should be no lower than a 10. That’s what I read when doing a search. My level happened to be at a 10 when I got pregnant two cycles ago. But when I asked the girl why it was so low while on progesterone suppositories, she said that the suppositories do not register well in the blood. So why a blood test, was my next question! If you take oral progesterone pills, it goes straight into the bloodstream and that’s what the doctor that invented the PROOV test said in a video. So as far as the progesterone in oil intramuscular injection, I have no idea what the level should be with that particular scenario. But in that video I mentioned, the girl said that she was doing progesterone in oil shots and her doctor said that they want to see her level at least at a 15 when doing injectable progesterone. And this girl tested right around the 14/15 mark and so even though they said that it needed to at least be that number, the fact that she was pretty much at that number made them uncomfortable and they added taking one suppository in the morning and one at night in addition to the injections. Dr. Mark Sklar, a fertility specialist in San Diego said when his patients become pregnant, he wants to see them at least at a 20. So after hearing and reading all of these things, it sounds like the safety zone of progesterone is up in the 20s but that’s just my guess from everything I’ve seen, read, watched, and learned from my own experiences and hearing other peoples protocols as well. May I ask what your Estrogen strength is that you have to take? I responded to Letro accept it caused horrible joint pain 5 days after the last pill.
We swapped to Clomid for two cycles and it wound up giving me a hemorrhagic ovarian cyst (went to ER) plus an additional two small cysts. Ironically I had two mature follicles but it was a complete waste because I had zero lining.
I personally believe it fried my Estro. levels, my FSH shot up to “fertilization unlikely” range and I had ZERO period despite confirmed ovulation due to no lining. I almost bawled my eyes out leaving the ultrasound and after my labs came in.
Clomid wrecked my system and I wish I’d never touched it. Now my system is struggling to restart everything. I’m CD45 and the longest lapse I’ve ever had in my life. I’m normally 32 day cycles with Ovulation on CD12-14 range. I was ovulating and having regular periods just two months ago and now suddenly all my numbers are literally showing post menopausal range. I’m hoping it’s a bad imbalance. Seriously two months ago everything was still a go for TTC . They are stopping me from everything for 3 months , hoping to reboot. I’m liable to try Estro. & Letro on my own just to see if I can jumpstart some sort of period. After 40, 3 months is so long :(
I am right here on this journey with you. Your video series has kept me sane and kept my hope alive. For now I’m taking a few supplements, trying to raise my Estro. and hoping this is just a random ovarian system glitch.
Hi! I'm so sorry you're having this trouble! Yes I think Letrozole is better for not negatively impacting the lining. I was prescribed estrogen to improve my lining while taking letrozole. Even without using letrozole I think I would still use it. I take 2 mg of Estradiol in the morning and in the evening. I was instructed to start it after ovulation since it could interfere with follicular growth and ovulation. So yes give it a try! I hope things turn around! Let me know how it goes!❤

Can you inseminate twice this month? I was always focusing on early days and finally got pregnant on cycle day 18 😮
Are you pregnant right now? Or are you talking about the past? Well because of the letrozole it should work for cycle day 9, 10, or 11 that’s my hope anyway. And no unfortunately I cannot inseminate twice but I’m really hoping that I get it right because this will be the third cycle in a row where it will be identical with the letrozole and so I think I’ll have the timing right! Just wondering if you considered doing IUI with a doctor instead on inseminating yourself. It is so much more controlled than using these tests.
Actually, there are many things that can go wrong with doing IUI and I’ve done it before and I have seen how things can go wrong, as I did two failed cycles trying IUI with donor sperm as well as when I was trying to have a baby with my husband. I don’t need to do IUI because I can conceive naturally very easily because I do not have any anatomical challenges and since I’m using donor sperm, it is very fertile healthy, sperm with motility mobility and count. So iui’s would be a waste of time and money. My challenge is pinpointing ovulation since my LH hormone is high all the time, so regular ovulation predictor kits do not work in my situation. I have to rely more on basal body temperature right now than anything. Even having monitored cycles at the clinic in the last six months failed as well. If I could have unlimited sperm as many times, as I wanted during suspected ovulation like most women do, I wouldn’t really have an issue. But now my ovulation is harder to predict because I’m in perimenopause. 😊
@andreapoole4778 I did IUI and had successfully pregnancies. The regular insemination didn't work for me.

Have you tried climaxing whilst you're doing the insemination this can make the cervix more relaxed and open to insemination. x
No actually I do not do that. It is not necessary. The cervix will open during the time of ovulation and if there is good cervical mucus, then the sperm do all the work. If other people want to do that and believe in it that’s fine, but I’ve gotten pregnant too many times to count just inseminating during my ovulation window. Thank you for your comment!😊♥️

I can only afford the one time because it’s $280 every time he ships to me and even though doing that three times would still be less than buying frozen sperm I can’t do that because it’s just too expensive and I just don’t have the money anymore especially after we bought this new house and I have to contribute. But that’s OK. I’ve gotten pregnant from him before with just one insemination and even with frozen sperm I have learned that I get pregnant most of the time when I inseminate on the very same day as I ovulate so hopefully I will time it right this time next week, and I will have, a successful pregnancy this time around!
