The 59s and 60s were pretty rare cars since they were only around for a couple of years. Great to see you bringing these back to life they are part of history.
Old Chevies never die! Those cars were the most reliable cars on the planet. I bet they only disapeared from the roads because they were not the latest fashion anymore. And because rust took an evil toll. In the sunbelt the cars did not disolve like in the rust belt. But seals, rubber an interiors disolved due to sun and heat. A lovely collection of cars you showed us here, thank you!
OMG Dan, I'm in heaven. Never seen that many '59 wagons in one place. The first one is an incredible "barn find", 348 to boot. I always thought those wagons were as rare as hens teeth, however this collection is over the top. Caught a glimpse of a '62 rag and what looks to be a restored '61. Thank you for bringing us along and thank your friend for sharing that beautiful collection of bow ties. Peace.
The car is great. The collection in the garage is fantastic. It's even more impressive that you guys have the skills, knowledge and dedication to work on these beauties and restore them. I respect you guys, and envy your talent. Congratulations for starting her up, and for what you do.
Love watching your vids- I started recording and doing a UA-cam channel myself a few years ago after watching your vids. It’s just nice to document and see all the kinds. Thanks for all the videos!
Sweet old wagons and 59 2dr hdtp, I had a 1960 2drht black with a white top back in 1974-283 2sp auto with 70K miles on the clock. I love them old Chevy's
I was always under the impression the Nomad was the two-door wagontype Chevrolet. I guess there's nothing finite in the world we all find out at some point in life right?
59"s were the best. My family had a Chevy dealership for 40 years until 1985. The favorite car was a 59 wagon that was traded in and used for everything until the business was sold. Her name was Beulah, lol
My father had a black on black 59 wagon with a 348 and 3x2 carbs 3 so on the tree . He would deliver olive oil during the week and race it on the weekends. He said the trans was the weak point
Contrary to popular opinion, you can be a Ford guy (like me) and still love a slew of GM cars. Top of the list for me has always been the '59 Cat Eyes. With that swooping deck lid and the coolest pair of tali lights ever, it doesn't get any sexier. Unless it's a two tone! I wonder if Ryan from Iowa Classic Cars has made it down to this amazing garage. Hey Dan, whatever happened to that sweet C2 blue Vette you brought back from the dead? Really enjoyed that series.
Right off / Straight up: That's not a Nomad. It's a frick'n Impala wagon. No Nomad ever had four doors. Chevy bolting a badge on it does not make it a Nomad. We had a '59 Impala when I was a kid. This is just the wagon version.

Super cool Dan! That old 348 wants to run and warm up. I bet it'll smooth out. Very nice patina on the nomad. That fellow has some really cool cars.
Patina is just rust
God bless you for restoring those beautiful peaces of art
Cool cars. We had a 59 Nomad wagon brand new. Beige and Brown.
I see your fond of '59 Chevy's. I remember they were a dime a dozen back in the day. It is a very nice unique automobile.
Beautiful.
Those wagons are badass. I'm glad to see some sedans as well as not everyone is 2 door obsessed . I love family vehicles especially wagons
Hey ! Resto Dan ! Been awhile since I've been here glad to see your still kicking it !
You need to give us a shop tour. I see your love for the 59 is what I have for my 57.
I get it.

I had a 59 panel delivery with 3 on the tree very beautifully
My 10 year old self rode around in a 7 year old twin to that one back in the’60s
Always wanted a black 59 Impala or ElCamino.
thank you dan so nice to see so many 59
'59 Chevy heaven... that's the place for me.

What a marvelous collection of 59's
Hey Dan, been a fan of you and your videos and we share a love for old chevys. Keep em commin.
They made a 2 door version in 59 as well ...love this car
Beautiful old cars! I'd much rather have any one of those old cars than one of the new junk ones coming out nowadays!
Amazing find! Sounds like only 7 cylinders are firing but it’s amazing to hear the old girl run.
Love them steering wheels.
Love the large VW sign in the garage, since i've had over 20 of them aircooled/h20 cooled, i always liked the fins of the 59 sedan.

What a rare Nomad. Love it!
Batwing paradise! Great video Dan!
I'm so stinking jealous. I'm from Northern Indiana and every car is so full of rot from salted roads. Long live the 59s!
That is a sweet Nomad Wagon. I'd renew everything underneath and keep the patina and go camping with my wife in it.
Looks like you found all of the 59 chevys in one place. I like the wagon
Just take a peek at the performance of one of these in a modern crash test...
I like the Styling of this Vehicle 😊
BEAUTIFUL
My father had a black on black 59 wagon with a 348 and 3x2 carbs 3 so on the tree . He would deliver olive oil during the week and race it on the weekends. He said the trans was the weak point
Nice. Glass looks good too

I am not a chevy guy--- but what a nice car to restore!
Last year at Barret Jackson on of these was RestoModded and sold for $170K I think it was . It was the lowest tier a Parkwood .
Great vid, cool wagon!!!! 🤜🤛
Nice! Lots of cool stuff!
There's a red '59 wagon like that in the 1967 biker movie " Rebel Rousers" , it was the cops car .
wow thats so beautiful
Beautiful 59 heaven
My dad had a white 2 door 60 chevy. We called it, the ol white chevy.
Excellent find
a big block wagon...awesome
any extra parts looking for some paint dividers for a 2 door Dan is this a bodyshop that work on old cars
Is this wagon for sale?
Awesome video!! Thanks for sharing
Your buddy's got old Chevys everywhere😅😅
I’m not criticizing this video.
But; I thought that to be called a Nomad, the wagon had to be a two door model.
Very cool Dan ... Build On
5:12 ITISSO Dan... and continued be those blessings upon it.
It sounds like there's a lifter ticking and a rod knocking.
beautifal car
Fabulous!
Wow rare car
The great 348...

Hello Dan
Should be restored nice wagon don't make them anymore
I only buy Chevrolet cars they last a long time.
Going to get hot locked
A station wagon is not a nomad
😎💯

In 1959 Chevrolet offered four station wagons:
Brookwood: 2or 4 door
Parkwood: 4 door
Kingswood: 4 door
Nomad: 4 door
they never made a 59 nomad
Nomad was the top of the line chice of wagons offered in 1959. Facts.
They did. The 59 Nomad was more expensive than the 59 Impala convertible at the time when they were new. It was the top of the line.
Not a nomad it's a 4 door wagon still nice car
Better check your facts. It's a Nomad.
It's a model name only !!! Just like 55-57 2 Dr.wagon are not all Nomad. 55-57 Have sliding windows.
