First of all I have to tell you; I love all of your meditation videos. Have you done a teaching video on how to shut down an overactive brain? I just can't seem to shut off all the dialog happening when I'm trying to go to sleep. Help?

I love Jason’s videos, however recently I have not been able to watch them because there are advertisements at the end of the videos and they wake me up in the middle of the night. These videos never used to have ads at the end. It’s really disappointing because these have really helped me sleep. Is there anyway to access the videos not on UA-cam or the change settings to there are only ads at the beginning and not the end?
