Quick question Jay. If you use a HELOC for a short term (say 3-6 months on a rehab) and by the 4th month the job isn't complete, can the bank/lender call the HELOC loan back and you have to pay interest & principle back in full ?
It depends on the lender, but most HELOCs the lender can call the balance at any time. Thanks for watching!
