Thank you jay ! First , how do I go about getting a HELOC ? I’m in Texas & my bank ( Chase ) doesn’t offer HELOC . What is the process ? My wife & I are thinking about buying a home with the HELOC , sell our home which we’ve owned for the past decade and payoff the HELOC once we sell our home . Hope it makes sense but that’s why I’m asking you . Keep up the good work !

Hey Thanks for the kind words. I would look up the best local credit unions in your area and give them a shot first. They usually are the most competitive. Also, make sure you ask if there are any early "termination" fees, meaning if you sell the house with a HELOC balance, it will be paid off at closing automatically from the sale. And many times if you do this within the first few years of a new HELOC, there will be an early termination fee of some sort. Keep us updated and thanks for watching!
