Our colleague Larissa is a mechanical engineer, whose passion for math inspired her to pursue a career with us and develop several patents. The innovation she discusses is a prototype that adds extra fuel tanks onto the front of a tractor to reduce operator downtime. She wants to see more women pursue this profession and hopes her story will inspire others!
