Fun fact: Both current respective coaches for Tech and Georgia are playing in this game. Brent Key and Kirby Smart

I was in the nose bleed section at this game....Its 2023 and to this date, this has been the only college football game I have ever been to.

@Kyle. I would put Larry Munson for Georgia and Wes Durham for Tech up against ANY play by play team or individual. Munson, while his style in more of a conversation with enthusiasm, lets everyone know he's a homer, but....when he was doing the games, kept it REAL! Especially when he was with the Falcons. Durham is a top professional, but more of a closet homer. I'm from Baltimore and I've been spoiled by some of the best of the best, and I would put Munson up against any of those guys. Today's play by play guys basically call the same game, and it gets pretty boring. Thanks for the words though Kyle, because now I'm gonna purchase some classic Georgia and Georgia Tech radio calls for nostalgic purposes only of course.
Wes Durham is shit
This was my second football game I had ever attended. Still can't believe Tech pulled that one out. Georgia would have gotten that eighth win in a row, had it not been for a bad ref call.
Munson was a gem, was memorable and professional even in losses.
I'm a lifelong Tech fan and graduate, and even I can't help but love Larry Munson. The college football world got worse when he passed.

After a long hard 7 years of defeating GT from 1991-1997, and from 2001-2007, the 1998 & 2008 UGA teams have FAILED to tie GT's longest winning streak in the series (8 years). I always love UGA beating up Tech, but our next goal is that we should FINALLY get an 8 year streak against them for a change. Everytime we are ONE year away from tying their winning streak, I'm tired of it being snapped at 7. I'm looking forward to the 2016 game against GT, we have to win the 2013-2015 games first though.

I played high school ball against #94 Marlo Leroy. I can tell thats him from his highass stands. When he'd get down he would be so high up and all you had to do to block him was hit his left hip... it would stop him instantly.

They cut off the play on that drive where hamilton fumbled and tje former tech alumi ref called him down. But they would rectify that missed call the next year by literally making up a fumble out of nothing when sanks laid on the ground for 5 seconds.

This was my first away football game ever as a 3rd year at GT... crazy game. I thought it was the greatest sports moment of my entire life until GT vs Georgia 1999 happened.
Now THAT was legend.
It's sad that college football has scuttled itself into irrelevance so quickly. Money took over, and people realized they're just watching a shitty version of NFL. Honestly, does anyone give a fuck about Alabama vs ND? "Johnny Football" is the big story? How sad.
