I think the best personality (or whatever tf this is) channels are the ones that revolve around an interest or passion (ex. fashion, fitness, cooking, etc.), and the interest/passion authentically flow into the video. You almost forget that it's a fashion channel and just enjoy the revolving content (talking, walking, etc.) until the "interest" shows up (fashion event, etc.)
A recomendation for the audio and the style of chill non live podcast you do: Get 3 Shure SM58 and a Zoom H6, that's it, you can sync the audio in post recording directly to the SD Card or you can connect it with the audio output jack to whatever you record video with. It's not crazy expensive and you just can grab the mics and start recording without much effort. (BTW if you are recording to your phone make sure the audio cable you use to connect the H6 to the phone itself is a 3.5mm jack TRS to 3.5 jack TRRS cable).
When it comes to the podcast y'all gotta be more open to discussing stories. Like the fact Ken got Deported and lived in 3 different countries, yet it was only glazed over. Demario too origin story, his short UA-cam endeavor. And y'all need to complain more, rant about topics get into it. Thats my request for the Podcast, I'm glad you listened.
