I'm using the garage as a painting booth. The tarp floor is to keep the dirt and debris out. I rolled it up under the side flaps. I get rain in the front and back openings.
Is there anything keeping me from ordering another door panel and making it a pass through? I guess I mean could you install the supplied door on either end?

Totally possible to do that. I bought a door panel off ebay, just haven't put it on yet.
