It is in the Gundams build series. Build divers is a little bit different than build fighters. Build divers is all virtual and your Gundam doesn't get destroyed after the battle. In Gundam build fighters your Gundam will actually take damage from the battle. In Gundam build divers you can just keep battling with your Mobile Suits without worrying it might get destroyed during battle. In Gundam build fighters it's a guarantee that your mobile suits will be destroyed during battle. In build fighters you will be spending a lot of money just repairing/fixing your mobile suits all the time
This is the fourth installment of the Gundam Build series. Gundam Build Divers Re:rise. The sequel of Gundam Build Divers. This is the only Gundam Build series where there's actually a high stakes and real death. For how that came to be? Well, hoping you guys will come around to this series one day and watch them for yourself. 😉
All that I will say is that this is the most high stakes Gundam Build show and that it's also the first to show alien civilization not aliens but an alien civilization.
This is Gundam Build Diverse Re:rise a sequel to build divers but it is still in the same universe as the original Build fighters but just set a bit more further in the future The PPF-X7II Core Gundam II a Custom Transform MS develop from the PPF-X7 Core Gundam and develop into the PPF-X7II+ Core Gundam II Plus it is able to combine with other of its armor, which is name after planets for weapon it has 2x Core Saber, Core Defenser [?x Beam Vulcan], Core Spray Gun, for optional weapons it has GN Gunsword, GN Gunshield, Beam Shoot Rifle U7, 2x Multi Container Bit piloted by Hiroto Kuga BTW when it goes to this unit the Core Gundam II and the Core Gundam are able to use the same armor even if now they have brand new armor things to affect that well they’re pretty similar The AGP-X1 Alus Core Gundam a limited production general-purpose MS pilot by Alus and Guard Eye develop from the PFF-X7 Core Gundam and combines into the AGP-X1/DA Dubious Arche Gundam, AGP-X1/E3 Alus Earthree Gundam and AGP-X1/NU Fake v Gundam for weapons it has a 2x Beam Blade, Core Spray Gun BtW the AGP-X1/E3 Alus Earthree Gundam has 2x Bram Blade, Beam Rifle and for the PPF-X7II/U7 Uraven Gundam has 2x Beam Saber, Core Defenser [?x Beam Vulcan], Beam Shoot Rifle U7 [Shield,I-Field Generator], 3x Sensor Bit [?x Beam Vulcan] and the PFF-X7/E3 Earthree Gundam has 2x Beam Vulcan, 2x Beam Saber, Beam Rifle, Shield BTW the Alus Core Gundam can steal the armor of the Core Gundam if it wants since they are the same unit MS with different parts so they are both completely compatible with both of their armor

this isnt "build fighters" but "build divers" instead and its part of the same 'build' continuity as build fighters (re:rise is the 4th entry), basically build fighters started out with people piloting their plastic models in a simulated environment/stage and real damage done would actually impact the actual model to the same degree but by the time of its sequel "build fighters try" a few years later technology has advance a bit to minimized the damage done to the plastic models so players wouldnt be afraid of potentially wrecking their gundams in a fight build divers however takes place further into the future where you use your plastic model in a full-dive virtual environment of a online virtual reality game called GBN online (gundam battle nexus) where there is absolutely no damage done to the plastic models hence the change in name from build fighters -> build divers, the fact that its a virtual environment also mean that they can further display features and concept of the super robot genre too like in build divers someone actually enveloped another gundam in energy and turned it into a humongous energy sword... yeah let the absurdity sink in overall alus the naked opponent is an AI and is actually something of a tragic villain, as someone else mentioned re:rise introduced an alien civilization and those aliens actually look no different then humans called 'the ancients' that lived on a distant planet called eldora, they were the ones that created alus and tasked him with defending their planet against their own plight of an alien invasion, alus won the war but the satellite housing him was damaged and eldora itself was wrought with devastation as a result so the ancients decide to leave for space and the planet in alus' protection for whence they return, its unknown what happened to the ancients afterward or even if their race still exist or gone extinct somewhere in space but its heavily implied some of them had their consciousness reincarnated as fully sentient AI on earth (2 named AI characters within GBN is heavily implied to be the reincarnation of 2 of these 'ancient' that alus had a close relationship with) yet alus here is still waiting who knows possibly how many centuries, millenniums or maybe even eons for their return but is still trying to preserve the planet for their return... and is upholding his duty by trying to exterminate a race of furry humanoid creatures that has seemingly repopulated the planet of eldora whilst he was in slumber unaware that the ancients actually created them and the only ones standing in his way is the main cast of gundam piloting characters that while playing GBN has accidentally discovered some sort of connection that is capable of reaching out and linking them across the massive distance of space to eldora and is even able to materialized their virtual avatars and gundams onto the planet of eldora through the ancient technology that the ancients has left behind for a gundam spin off about piloting plastic model gundams as an excuse to crossovers gundams from different series this is a hell of a bizarre plot twist
This kind of series is belong to Gundam Build Divers series (if you remember, yeah this is about gunpla, not Gundam). The main character, all I can say he is suffering. The MC gunpla is actually small since he believe that the fight can be finished even with small gundam but he kind of realized that his gunpla lack fire power so he make armor part and each part have it own purpose. The Earthree armor is mainly boost al basic power of the MC gunpla, there are more armor so you can watch this Build Divers Re Rise

The plot twist at the end of this series mindblowing me which i can't treat it like a build series anymore.
