Pop quiz, I would love to put an n54 with a single turbo in my 98 integra. Do you think I could fit the engine and transmission in this car? Of course it would have to be rear wheel drive at that point.
@@SwapDepotThank you for the response! Could you get away without the camber plates? I cant find them on the bc website did you end up switching coilovers?
Is there a reason why you didn’t go with SPL rear pieces? Like the SPL rear toe arms with eccentric lockout kit? Also, do you think the AKG rear shock mounts made a difference? Better? Worth it? I am doing a suspension overhaul on my E92 and are going with similarish mods.
SPL stuff was just too expensive that’s all, AKG bushing definitely helps with the geometry of the rear shock, definitely worth it if you are upgrading everything in the back, makes the whole rear end more solid
@@SwapDepot awesome thanks for the quick reply. Figured all SPL rear arms are pricier. I guess for a street car Megan’s rear arms are good enough? Yes, I’m getting TCK coilovers and have the AKG rear poly version shock mounts. So a tad bit softer than the aluminum ones you got there :). Also, the rear top mounts I’m going with their blue 85A vs your black 95A top mounts.
Megan arms are pretty good so far, for a street car I think the rear arms are good but for the front arms I’m not really a fan of the SPL arms, car is too twitchy on uneven surfaces or road crown, I’ve done multiple alignments and changed bunch of different things to see improvement but no luck. I would suggest going m3 arm for the front
@@SwapDepot See this is the honest feedback I am looking for! Thank God I already have M3 front arms. Got the M3 rear guide rods as well. Just got SPL’s front tie rod ends, sway bar links, and rear toe arm. My car is a street car so didn’t go full SPL front arms. They’re all being installed now along with M3 diff bushings & Condor Speed Shop poly Subframe bushings (68D stiffness). Keep up the good content! I learned a lot watching your videos. Don’t take this personally but your energy seems higher on your boy’s videos than your own. If your videos had more comic relief in it, I think it’ll be even more of a blast to watch! Keep up the awesome work Ali!
You dont think swapping the swaybar links is necessary as well? Also is the rear upper trailing arm you did necessary for a proper alignment when you're lowered?
I have end links on the way from whiteline, you don’t necessarily need any of these mods to be lowered I just did it for more of a raw feeling and to have have adjustability if I ever need it in the future 🤷♂️
@@SwapDepot Thanks for the response. I'm maxed out lowered on ST x coilovers & my shop cannot align the car and they told me to pick up adjustable toe and camber arms to achieve proper alignment. Are the adjustable rear upper trailing arm's necessary for alignment??
So do you really need to have the belly cover on? Cuz I feel like if you take it off. It'll release more heat from the engine bay? 🤷🏽♂️I could very well be wrong.
If that's your mission, releasing heat, better to control it with ducting. The belly pan aids aerodynamics, covers parts that would get caked otherwise
Another awesome video Ali loving the e90 content
Nice build bro I seen a couple of builds on UA-cam but your takes the cake very informative, Keep going learn alot taking apart my 335i
This guys a bmw gawd don’t quite this channel!!!!
"coil over did the spin move" camera dude stays cracking me up 😂😂 great video guys
I think that's the first time I've seen a youtuber use antisleez. Awesome!
😂
Don't put it hot-dogs, it's for bratwurst only! See the label....
it looks great so far!
FCPEuro sells a Revshift Billet Aluminum Trailing Arm Kit also for $249.99. Looks slightly beefier than ECS Tuning's Rear Trailing Arm for $247.95.
It fits, Jesss...
you legend, i'm about to do this on my e90.
Jesss got all the arms

Nope engine is too long
Would have to destroy ur firewall to get it in there and radiator fitment and all would be nightmare
Aww man that's not good. Guess my only other option would be a complete custom mid engine. Two year project for me, one can dream.
Which Megan coilovers are those euro 1 or 2 ? And how do you like it so far?
Euro 2 and they are good so far
Like you video’s keep it up 👍
Let’s goooo
Can I put rear camber arms only? Or do I have to do all 3 arms like you did. Trying to get more camber on my rear tires.
You can do just the camber arms
What whees? They look amazing 😍😍
ESR RF11
Does these parts fit the AWD Models?
I don’t think so
The rear arms will fit but the fronts are different
Hi Ali, what camber plates did you go with? Did you have to pull your fenders or just roll them?
BC camber plates and fenders are rolled, -5 camber
@@SwapDepotThank you for the response! Could you get away without the camber plates? I cant find them on the bc website did you end up switching coilovers?
Nope just installed camber plates, didn’t change coilovers

Jess!
You dont think those m3 arms in the front would have been fine for your lowered alignment you're trying to achieve? im on the same mission right now.
M3 arms probably would’ve worked I just wanted something better
