I seem to have the most trouble with figuring out what to do with the spirits once I have created them. The finishing is where its at and most folks stay away from it because they say everyone's taste is different which is true but I say just show us what you like and let us decide whether it is what we like. I can't wait to try this recipe. I'm going to use some banana brandy for it. I'd love to see a butter pecan one. One that doesn't need refrigeration too.
Nice video again Randy, great idea. I have a question, I have a new 20Ltr all in one electric pot still. The offtake is good for a stripping run, temperature is 158f on the thermostat control. But I will have reduce temperature more for a spirit run. Is this safe, many thanks 🥵
safe I would say yes but I think that the temp. controller is not reading the correct temp. don't know if you could leave top off fill with water set temp and check with thermometer
Hey Shawn I my fridge not long lol most sippin creams i do good for a month sometimes when creams get good and cold can get a little thicker i thin down with some milk as i serve it cheers

Going to make this got some rum fermented going to run it in a couple days! How long will it last in the fridge?
I my house not long but if I keep my hands off I would guess a month it is so easy I make one quart at time
