I'd recommend running a checklist prior to traveling. Get a tablet or a notepad with a list of things you need to bring and go through it and double check. Excellent video. 73, sir. - KF0QNM

Thank you for your comment and opinion. I do SSB, FT8, FT4, and FM, and AM. But as the activator, I choose what modes I use in every different scenario. I use digital more when I'm out with the family, or busy working in the shack etc. I know it's not for everyone 🙃.

I've learned to make and use checklists for whenever I leave the house for about everything except going to church.
