@IndependenceCityMotoring I mean I guess so. But just because he sucks at driving super cars doesn't mean he's not a good fbi agent which is kinda my point. He just needs to not be allowed to drive cars they take in for evidence. I still don't necessarily think he should be fired.

In high school I had gone on a family vacation to a resort/campground that was on an Indian reservation. Some family friends also went with us. Our friends had just bought a couple of brand new jet skis. This was their first and only time they got to enjoy them. While we are getting ready to pull them off the trailer. Someone had came in to pull his boat out of the water and ended up hitting one of them. Some words had gotten exchanged and the guy eventually pulled his boat and left. The next thing we know. Tribal police showed up saving that "Someone had reported that we had been going to fast in the no wake zone." They ended up confiscating the jet skis. They had to fight the tribal police for 3 years to get them back. And when they finally got them back. One of them had a blown engine and the other one looked like it had fallen off the trailer at high speed. They tried taking them to court but ended up losing.

To this day.... I am sure I saw this car the night it was stolen. I live about 45 minutes from Algar Ferrari... and that night, I was driving on Ridge Road (outside of Sumneytown) and I saw a car's taillights that I immediately knew were a Ferrari. I am a forever car guy. Wide and low... circle taillights. It was just sitting in the road as I went by. I didn't think anything of it until a day or so later when I learned that the F50 was stolen.

Just everyone knows. You are not allowed to sue federal agents for anything done during an operation. Federal employees are completely shielded from any responsibility. That includes constitutional rights violations.

Not the first time the FBI crashed a Ferrari!! FBI agent Danny Scott was in charge of property fraud and he was given an unlimited bank account to make it seem like he was a real estate mogul.
He drove tons of super cars to maintain a high profile image but he also loved alchohol in bars. One night driving the million dollar classic 1980's model GT Ferrari home drunk he swerved off the road killing a pedestrian (BP gas station attendant John my friend RIP). Not sure what ever happened to the car but Georgia probably confiscated it.
