Halo Ce Playable Cinematics

If you want to do this yourself you will need to enable the dev console in halo custom edition if you dont know how to do that follow this tutorial hce.halomaps.or.... after that go into any sp level that has a cinematic and while it is playing hit the tilda key and type in camera_control 0 and then hit enter after that type in cinematic_stop and hit enter after that you should be able to recreate this.
