    The General Addition Rule is used for 2 non mutually exclusive events right?

    • @joshemman
      @joshemman  7 років тому +1

      That will be correct. It will work for mutually exclusive events as well since P(A and B) = 0 for mutually exclusive events A and B.

      honestly, im lost with the general addition rule, in the previous time, you only mentioned adding the total number of Finance and total number of Male and then divide by 200.. but using the general addition rule, it's different..can you shed some light?
