The second ring is supposed to go between the steering wheel and the QR. That’s where you hook up that ground wire. Also works bell comes with the harness for those who don’t want to cut their stock harness. Thanks for the video, it was very helpful.

Yes they are aftermarket. I used Hella Horns that I has leftover from my Subaru build. I got them off Amazon.

The steering wheel has nothing to do with resting the oil life indicator.
