In season 3 I believe Olivia will keep his injury a secret over the summer break, just to help him heal mentally, the same love he shown her by taken a bullet for her, she feel she owe him that same kind of love back...THE END..
He only got cleared because He didn't tell her about ANY of the stuff he had and she said them all SZN 2 (I forgot his name) His mom told Grace about Spencer and how her husband or whatever Reinjured his self by going back to early and she said she saw that same look in Spencer's eyes sooo.....Kinda his fault and I feel SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BAD and they way they looked at each other kinda like lovers
