    When you're tamping the grind, don't twist the tamper too much. A simple single twist and lift is enough. I think that's why some grounds were loose when you lifted the tamper.

    Where is the all in one knock box from.
    If it is separate things, then where is the like "station" from?

    How much Fat is in the Milk? I used 1,5% @ work for better foam.

    I think you forgot to spray your coffee beans before grinding to avoid static buildup

    Maybe add a bit more air to the milk? I see the pressure isn`t optimal, but u need to introduce some air to get that microfoam.
