@@TheSometimeAfterit's not about the story it's about experiencing it for yourself. Watching and playing it for yourself are 2 different things. I watched some playthroughs but definitely a different perspective when u do it yourself. If you wanna know more about the lore watching is better.
You missed the rubic marines at the end luke! Tzeench corrupted world and rubic marines i would had hoped that you as a 1000 sons player would have noticed them and been excited about seeing them in the trailer.
I definitely plan on getting this game, just on sale, since I have no idea what the price of it is actually going to be, looks amazing though, and could possibly be one of the best WH40k games we’ve gotten.
Yeah, The old Spacemarine game was a 6/10 but because it really the first, firstperson shooter we got out of them it got bumped to 9/10 for a lot of people even though you could count enemy types on your finger. I hope the game is the same but isn't the same at the same time. I hope for more locations, more hours of story, more enemy archtypes but I doubt that'd happen. If not all of that, the one thing I hope for most is expansions to the game because the last one just got left to rot when really they could of added more maps, reskins to enemies, maybe a new boss because after the 2nd playthrough it all gets repepetitive very quickly.
I got into AC mainly through Odyssey and Valhalla. Now I’m going back and just beat Unity and halfway through AC1 and AC3. Odyssey and Valhalla may not have been what diehard would consider obviously a traditional assassin’s creed game, but they were perfect for me, because at the time I had a newborn, and I could do very quick little missions and progress my way through every time I had time to play. I ended up doing everything in Valhalla, including all the free and paid expansions, including the ragnarok one, and I really really enjoyed it. I can see why some people don’t like that style, both work very well for me.
Dawn of War 1(expansions included) and 2 got me into the 40k universe. I just got Space Marine few months ago since it wasn't advertised much in my country when it was released. I only got go know Space Marine 1 on YT when SM 2 was announced. Didn't like Dawn of War 3 cuz they tried too much to be MOBA + RTS they could had just stick to one genre and capitalize on it. They were too ambitious and targeted 2 different markets.
Nah Bruv in this game you know your gunna fight a carnifex and a swarmlord at least… maybe a broodlord… also there is defo going to be a pivot at some point switching the focus off of tyranids to something else… fingers crossed for Aeldari (oh boy do i wanna snap some pointy eared freak necks in this something fierce, vengence for 40k tournaments all over the world)!
Warhammer 40k slaps. If you get the chance you should check out some of the books. They are all pretty entertaining and there’s about a thousand of them.
I wish TotalBiscuit and InControl were alive to witness how popular WH40K has become, as well as enjoy the recent games which are pretty good.
😊
And Im still waiting for them to make Dawn of War (exactly like part 1)....
Sigh lol
it makes me so genuinely happy that 40k reaching the masses
I remember playing the space marine game on 360, when I saw the start of the video I audibly went "wow"
As a non Warhammer fan I can't wait for this game to come out. It's looks so good. Is it worth playing #1 for backstory?
Yes. Some shenanigans happen to the main character which may be of import in the new game.
Mate just UA-cam it. You won't need to play an entire game to get the gist. Despite what the diehards will tell you

This game looks phenomenal

Not sure you noticed it but the last 8 seconds of the trailer showed off thousand sons. Zahngors rubrics and scarab terminators
Saber definitely picking up big guns.

Of course you're a thousand sons player.
Can’t wait for the emperor
Freaking amazing. I just hope we get to fight necrons or orks as well in the game.
Lord help him, he's getting into painting miniatures

I liked Origins and Valhalla the most. And AC2, and Syndicate.

Chop chop review boy where the starfield review at
Does this game have a release date yet?
Says winter 2023 so pretty soon hopefully
Looks really good, but at the same time looks very button mashy, not sure if i would like this type of combat
Feel like most new games are "looking good", wonder how many will actually turn out to be decent
Ew a TS and Aeldari player, jk Magnus's model is absolutely insane and their new army rule for 10th looks really fun.
uhh. did you notice any out of place political messaging in the game? the lead writer has... a reputation that procedes her we'll say
My man muted it and started talking during the coolest looking part 🤦🏾
Don't care about Warhammer. Wish this was starship troopers.
