    Love the video, but the audio is a little muddy. May want to check out that timeline to see it was processed wrong or exported wrong. keep up the good work!

    Question for Adam. Can you talk about your recovery/maintenance/healing procedures you do? When you train that hard, you must be doing something to aid your healing and recovery. For example i notice you do full crimps at the gym, which is hard on the fingers. Do you stretch after every hard send or just at the end of training? Things like that. Thanks! And grants on the 9c!!!!!

    It was really nice to see Adam training. It gives us a slight idea what and how to do something. Thanks for sharing!

      No question about that! The only reason a lot of these high level climbed don't go on and win it is just because they don't want to. The climbers that win on Ninja Warrior aren't even world-class!

    • @lucamne27
      @lucamne27 2 роки тому

      @@ysf-psfx ninja warrior does take specific training, a combo of climbing and gymnastics. Not that Adam wouldn’t excel but he wouldn’t walk in without training and win

      I respectfully have to disagree. his muscles are very strong and probably very dense aswell, but not very big -> not very muscular -> still very strong. tho his shoulders, back and forearms are very defined. you are completely right about the fact that climbers want to keep their weight down tho!

      Watch some training video where they climb shirtless or something and look at their backs :D Crazy. It´s just more functional muscles focusing on strenghth rather than volume.

    It's absolutely ridiculous to do anything like that before having 8a level, for 3 reasons.
    The most important thing to work on is mental strength, and it only comes by climbing!
    Secondly, if you work too much on strength you will not improve in technique, and a strong climber with no technique won't get far (high :p).
    Finally the strength will also come by climbing itself (unless you're at least an 8a climber).
    If you really want to practice something for the good of your climbing performance (aside from climbing!!), do stretching! It is way more important and you will see the difference very quickly.
