Hi Adrienne, when I tried to do the template preview for my form it didn't work, but when I did the "copy" it did. I followed all of your steps, do you have any insight into why that might have happened?
Interesting... not sure. Did you put /template/preview instead of /copy?

when I get my link, it doesnt say edit at the end, it says viewform, so when I change that to edit, the url doesnt open

If I make a template preview, are buyers able to access my product?
Yes! It is the same essentially as a forced copy, just that the buyer is seeing a preview and then the template is their copy :)
