What a lovely layout. The van and bus running on the road nice touch. I am going to have to look into doing something like that just a another nice touch of movement to enjoy. Thanks for sharing. GOD BLESS from America 🚂💖🚂💖🚂💖🚂💖🚂💖
It's definitely great to see more than just trains moving on a layout. Road systems are always add another nice touch of realism - the most impressive one I've seen so far featured a man riding a bicycle! Thanks for watching 😃
Dear tmrg I have to thank you for the services you have done me, your content is so incredible it’s like you travel into a new world this has made life a bit easier these days as I’m 14 and let’s say a bit of a runt and have been experiencing bullying lately and your videos are just an escape from my depressing school life and I’ve even started making my own railway based of a double track heratige line so thank you for giving me something positive in my sadness❤❤❤❤
First off, I have to say I'm really glad my silly videos have brought a little bit of positivity to your life. Being a teenager sucks and I don't envy you at all but (in my experience) in a few years time the people you're at school with now will probably mean nothing to you, so who cares what they say/do/think. I know - easier said than done, right? The main thing is not to wallow in self pity or sadness as that can take hold and stop you from being the awesome person you are. Do the stuff you enjoy, sounds like you're doing that already with building your own heritage themed layout so best of of luck with that and thanks for watching 😃
It's great isn't it and it's becoming more sophisticated too - I believe there's a DCC style automation system available now as well that allows things like stopping at traffic lights or using junctions. Very clever stuff but it's a whole other world! Thanks for watching 😃
A perfect video to watch with a cup of tea and biscuits after an hour or two weeding the garden. The music was perfect and the models outstanding. Loved the moving pistons and centre cranked axle! Never seen that before. Beautifully realised, the whole thing. I always love an 0-6-0 tender locomotive. 😊✨
Yes the motion on the models is incredible especially given that they're probably all handmade rather than RTR items. Have to admit I quite like 0-6-0 tender engines too and on my own layout the J15, J36 and 812 Class are some of my favourite locos to run! Thanks for watching 😃
Thanks Nigel, really glad you enjoyed the video and the music. I have to admit this piece is one of my favourites I've written for the channel so far. Thanks for watching 🤩
Definitely, it's impressive how well everything runs considering none of it is ready to run in this scale. Finishing a model to this standard for looks alone is one thing but getting it to perform really well is so satisfying to see. Thanks for watching 😃
I grew up in a townland called Ballymaconnell. They’ve captured the feel of an Irish railway very well. Railway modelling in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland remains very strong 😊 Where was this layout? Thanks, Ian
Amazing, that’s good to know they’ve got the right atmosphere then! This was at an exhibition at the Bluebell Railway but I’ve seen it at other exhibitions in the past too. Thanks for watching 😃
Just to clarify: I didn’t build this layout, I just filmed it. That said it does look like they’re using the Faller system or something similar for the road. Thanks for watching 😃
The simple answer is: when I’ve finished editing them. The main focus at the moment is getting the whole layout ready for its exhibition debut. Once that’s done there should be another series of videos documenting everything up to and including the exhibition but obviously it’ll take me a little while to edit them. Thanks for watching 😃
Finish it 😂 It’s booked in for an exhibition next month so once that deadline is out of the way I’ll have some time to edit together a new set of videos of all the work I’ve done on it. Thanks for watching 😃
Enjoyed both the layout and the video but I have to add my appreciation of the accompanying music which also complements the the production. Could you please give credit to the producer of the piece.
Thanks Steve, I'm really glad you enjoyed the music as everything you hear on the channel is composed, performed, recorded and mixed by me - it's my day job but it's always nice to know people appreciate it. Thanks for watching 😃
Are railway aren't as they good as they once where but this is a very good model of them im hoping to make a custom out of a lms rebuilt royal scot to make mave Irelands biggest steam engine only wish more of are railways locos where ready to run im (from Ireland btw)
If you're looking for more Irish RTR models you should definitely keep an eye on Irish Railway Models. They're basically the Irish branch of Accurascale who are producing some of the best models (in my opinion) at the moment. Thanks for watching 😃

I like the layout, something different that you don't usually see can be a breath of fresh air 😀
Absolutely, even though I know nothing about the prototype this layout is still so captivating! Thanks for watching 😃
Nice to see a long freight train.
Yes always great to see big long trains on layouts when there’s space. Thanks for watching 😃
I love seeing the moving car systems on more and more layout

The road is a really nice touch isn’t it! Always great to have moving cars on a layout. Thanks for watching 😃
I was a bit concerned that the removal truck was catching up with the bus ! ??@@ThatModelRailwayGuy
Wonderful layout and a great video thanks. Your music goes so very well with the excellent footage. Thanks
Thanks Nigel, really glad you enjoyed the video and the music. I have to admit this piece is one of my favourites I've written for the channel so far. Thanks for watching 🤩
Very high standards, indeed! Great weathering and trains seem to run really well. Very convincing.

Superb layout and great video footage! M.
Yeah lots to like on this one! Thanks for watching 😃

@@ThatModelRailwayGuy I was at the Bluebell many years ago😊
I love your channel by the way, it’s my pleasure to watch 👍🏼
good vid thanks lee
Glad you enjoyed it Lee, thanks for watching 😃
I love the way the cars are running on your roads. Do you use the Faller Road System?
Just to clarify: I didn’t build this layout, I just filmed it. That said it does look like they’re using the Faller system or something similar for the road. Thanks for watching 😃
When are we going to get more videos on the modular layout?

What you planning on doing next for Pitley steam railway
Finish it 😂 It’s booked in for an exhibition next month so once that deadline is out of the way I’ll have some time to edit together a new set of videos of all the work I’ve done on it. Thanks for watching 😃
What time next month
@@callumdebruyn5620 23rd & 24th September at Spa Valley Railway, Tunbridge Wells. It’s a great event with over 30 layouts and traders due to attend 😁
